How to play Pet Flap
Your pet is flying with tiny wings and gravity keeps pulling it down. Every tap gives one small flap upward. Fly through the gaps between the fence posts; each post you pass is one point. Touch a post or the ground and the round ends. That is the whole game, and that is why it is so hard to put down.
On a phone, tap anywhere on the game. On a computer, click, or press Space, W or the up arrow. Press P or Esc to pause. The game also pauses by itself if you switch tabs, so you never lose a good run by accident.
Pick your pet
Choose a puppy ๐ถ, a kitty ๐ฑ or a bunny ๐ฐ with the buttons below the game. All three fly the same way, so pick your favourite. Your choice is remembered for next time.
Medals and difficulty
Reach 5 points for bronze ๐ฅ, 10 for silver ๐ฅ, 20 for gold ๐ฅ and 40 for the trophy ๐. As your score climbs, the posts move a little faster and the gaps get a little narrower, up to a fair limit. After 20 points the sky turns to evening.
Tips for a better score
- Tap in a rhythm. Short, steady taps work better than panicked bursts.
- Stay low-middle. Hover just below the middle of the screen. It is easier to rise into a gap than to drop into one.
- Look ahead. Watch the next gap, not your pet.
- Fall, then flap. When the next gap is lower, let your pet drop and flap late.
